Lollipops Cafe is available for Exclusive Hire and makes the ideal venue for either a Children’s Birthday Party or a Friends & Family Celebration. With 2 dedicated members of staff we will ensure every need is catered for leaving you free to enjoy your party. Our delicious cafe menu is available for your guests to enjoy. Children’s Birthday Party £185

Price includes:
  • Exclusive 2 hour Venue and Soft Play use for up to 20 Children (£7 per additional child)
  • Children’s party food (ham/cheese/jam sandwiches on mix of white & brown bread, cheese & tomato pizza slices, cocktail sausages, selection of crisps, fresh strawberries, cucumber & carrot sticks, raisins, followed by a selection of sweet treats), unlimited jugs of squash and water, music, disco lights and laser show in the party room, and rotating mirror ball and lights in the main hall
  • Coffee shop open serving hot and cold food plus a wide selection of beverages
  • SKY Sports or BT Sports (will be showing on the middle TV on mute when you arrive, please ask a member of staff if you would like the volume turned up, the channel changed, the other 2 TV’s turned on, or the TV turned off)

Exclusive Children’s Birthday Party Times:
  • Friday from 4:00pm to 6:00pm
  • Saturday from 11:00am to 1:00pm, 1:30pm to 3:30pm, and 4:00pm to 6:00pm
  • Sunday from 11:00am to 1:00pm, 1:30pm to 3:30pm, and 4:00pm to 6:00pm
Please check our online Bookings Calendar for up to the minute availability. During October & February Half Terms and Christmas & Easter School Holidays, we can potentially offer 4:00pm to 6:00pm during the week.
  • Deposit – a £60 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a booking, which is paid via our website. The balance is due 30 days prior to your party date and is also non-refundable. Additional children can be added to your booking once you know your exact numbers, and can be paid via the link on the booking confirmation email
  • Parking – there are two pay and display car parks opposite Lollipops, and 2 hours free parking on Grosvenor Road
  • Disco Lights & Mirror Ball – please ask a member of staff if you would like these turned on in either the Party Room or the Main Hall. The lasers can be turned off if anyone has epilepsy
  • Maximum Number of Children – 40 (children under 12 months old are not chargeable but are included in this number for insurance purposes, for parties over 30 children the food will be served as a buffet)
  • Minimum Number of Children – there is no minimum, but the package includes a charge for up to 20 children
  • Non-Exclusive Parties – Lollipops only offers Exclusive Venue Hire for Parties. Holding joint birthday parties is a popular option
  • Entertainment & Face Painting – Lollipops will provide a list of entertainers and face painters whom Lollipops have worked with in the past and whom are permitted on site at Lollipops. Please book directly with these third party service providers. Note that Lollipops is not responsible in any way for any items or issues which result as your choice for booking with these providers. No other third party service providers are permitted on site at Lollipops under any circumstances
  • Singers & Bands – are permitted, but please provide a copy of your booked singer or band’s public liability insurance
  • Birthday Candles – please bring your own candles. Lollipops will provide matches
  • Cancellation – a £60 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, with the non-refundable balance due 30 days prior to your party date
  • Dietary Requirements – please let us know any dietary requirements and we will do our best to accommodate
  • Is the Cafe Open – Yes, serving an array of hot and cold drinks and food. Only food purchased at Lollipops may be consumed on the premises
  • Final Numbers – please provide final numbers 7 days prior to your party date. No refunds will be provided for children whom are unable to attend on the day
  • Corkage Charges as follows: 330ml Beer £1.00, 440ml Beer £1.25, 660ml Beer £1.50, 187ml Wine or Prosecco £2.00, 375ml Wine or Prosecco £3.50, 750ml Wine or Prosecco £7.00, 750ml Champagne £10.00, 250ml Spirit & Mixer £2.00, 330ml Spirit & Mixer £3.00. See ‘per person alcohol limits’ under Terms & Conditions section via link below. For Exclusive Parties, Corkage is charged based on the quantity consumed. For Events, Corkage is charged upon entry
  • Set-up Time – Party organisers may arrive a maximum of 10 minutes before their allocated party start time to set-up
  • Decorations – Balloons and banners are permitted but must NOT be stuck to the walls as this damages the paintwork. Table Confetti or Balloon Confetti is NOT permitted under any circumstances as it travels in to the Play Frame
  • High Chairs & Baby Change – are provided at Lollipops
  • Christening Celebrations – Lollipops is an ideal venue for a Christening celebration. We would combine the 1:30pm and 4:00pm slots for a total cost of £370 which includes £60 worth of food. Please contact Lollipops for more information
