Exclusive Party Hire of Lollipops Cafe
Lollipops Cafe is available for Exclusive Hire and is the perfect venue for a Children’s Party. The maximum age of children allowed on the soft play frame is 7 years old. To book, please decide between 1 of the 3 packages below, and then select the ‘Book Now or Check Availability’ button. Select your date and time, and then pay using either PayPal or Credit or Debit Card (you do NOT need a PayPal account to make a payment via a debit or credit card). If you have any problems making the payment please get in touch via the contact us page and we can send a link to make the payment. Following a booking please ensure you have a confirmation email. Please get in touch if your confirmation email doesn’t arrive.
Price includes:
  • Exclusive 2 hours Venue and Soft Play use for up to 25 Children Friday 4:00pm to 6:00pm, Saturday or Sunday 9:00am to 11:00am, 11:30am to 1:30pm or 4:00pm to 6:00pm. Additional children £7 per child
  • Children’s food –
    • 9am-11am (Breakfast Party) Pancakes with a choice of topping, (Chocolate sauce, maple syrup and Jam), Seasonal Fruits, Yoghurt and Mini Muffin. Apple juice carton.
    • 11.30am-1.30pm & 4pm-6pm – Ham/mild cheese/jam sandwiches on mix of white & brown bread, cheese & tomato pizza slices, cheddar crackers, selection of crisps, seasonal fruit & cucumber sticks, mini blueberry muffins, unlimited squash and water. The children’s meal will be served in the main hall
  • Music, disco lights and rotating mirror ball in the main hall
  • Coffee shop open serving food plus a wide selection of hot and cold drinks
  • Alpine covered garden area depending on the weather
Optional chargeable extras:
  • Additional Children £7 per child, please confirm in advance, but pay on the day in the Cafe
  • Adults food and drink purchased from the Cafe in the usual manner

Book Now or Check Availability for Parties

Deposit – a £70 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a booking, which is paid via our website. The balance is due 45 days prior to your Exclusive Party Venue Hire date and is also non-refundable. No refunds will be offered if people are unable to attend on their selected date

Parking – there are two pay and display car parks opposite Lollipops, and 2 hours free parking on Grosvenor Road. There is also a loading bay directly outside our venue, which is ideal for drop off and collection

Disco Lights & Mirror Ball – please ask a member of staff if you would like these turned on in the Main Hall

Maximum Age of Children allowed on soft play frame – 7 years old

Maximum Number of Children – 42 (includes children and babies)

Minimum Number of Children – there is no minimum, but the package includes a charge for up to 25 children

Lollipops have a list of entertainers and face painters listed below whom Lollipops have worked with in the past. Please contact us before booking an entertainer so we can agree on timings on space available. You will need to book directly with these third party service providers. Note that Lollipops is not responsible in any way for any items or issues which result as your choice for booking with these providers. If you wish to book a different entertainer or face painter, please ask them to email us a copy of their public liability insurance before your Party

Birthday Cake & Candles – We kindly request that you provide your own cake, ensuring it is completely nut-free, along with any candles you wish to use. Lollipops will supply the matches. Your party host will be delighted to coordinate the “Happy Birthday” singing, which will include dimming the main lights for a festive atmosphere. Following this, the host will cut the cake and wrap individual slices in napkins for children to take home in their party bags. Please note that we do not permit the consumption of cake within the Café.
We also respectfully ask that you refrain from bringing your own knife. The Lollipops staff will be pleased to cut your cake for you using our knives, safely behind the counter.
You can bring a cake from any supplier, shop or homemade.

Birthday Presents – please place them on the table at the entrance
£70 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, with the non-refundable balance due 45 days prior to your Exclusive Party Venue Hire date. Cancellations must be made in writing using the contact us form on our website. If the balance is not received in accordance with our cancellations policy, or an alternative payment plan agreed in writing, then Lollipops Cafe will release the reservation. Lollipops Cafe accepts no liability for any consequential loss in this situation
Dietary Requirements – please let us know any dietary requirements and we will do our best to accommodate
Is the Cafe Open – Yes, serving an array of hot and cold drinks and food. Only food purchased at Lollipops may be consumed on the premises
Final Numbers – please provide final numbers 3 days prior to your party date to avoid food wastage. No refunds will be provided for children whom are unable to attend on the day
The consumption of alcohol is not permitted under our insurance policy
Set-up Time – 10 minutes set-up time before the allocated start time
Decorations – Balloons and banners are allowed but must NOT be stuck to the walls as this damages the paintwork. Table Confetti or Balloon Confetti is NOT permitted under any circumstances as it travels in to the Soft Play frame
High Chairs & Baby Change – are provided at Lollipops Cafe
