COVID SECURE OPERATING PROCEDURES
Lollipops Cafe is now operating a Table Booking system as part of our solution to operate in a Covid secure manner. We have reorganized our venue such that it now has 6 tables which can seat 4 people (to include a maximum of 2 children) and 6 tables which can seat 2 people (to include a maximum of 1 child). For a table of 6 people (to include a maximum of 3 children) please book a 4 seat plus a 2 seat and we will push the tables together. If you are 1 Adult with 3 children you will need to book a table of 4 and a table of 2. A baby is classed as a child for Covid capacity limits.
Every adult and every child needs an allocated seat so that we can control numbers. As a guide to regular customers, we are running at 40% capacity when compared with pre-Covid levels.
If we do not sell an Exclusive Party we will open up to run a 2 hour play session in its place. If you would like to book one of our new pairs of sofas with coffee table, please mention in the booking message and we will allocate on a first come first served basis. Each Table Booking has an associated non refundable or exchangeable minimum spend, which is redeemable against the price of entry and food & drink purchases. At the end of your play session this amount is deducted from your final table bill, leaving you the balance to pay on card. Don’t worry if you are running late, your table will be reserved for you for the entire duration of your session. Once a play session has started you can still book online for that session based on the availability shown. Walk ins are possible, please go to the counter where a member of staff will enter your details in to the Table Booking system to keep our online availability accurate.

- 1:30pm to 3:30pm – £12 Table of 4 Seats or £7 Table of 2 Seats
To book a table, go to the Table Bookings page, select the date, then the table size, and then the time. Add to your basket and checkout paying with either Paypal or a Credit/Debit Card. Multiple sessions can be added to your basket. You will be asked to provide your contact details as part of the booking process, which is also a requirement for Covid secure track and trace. Please bring the confirmation email with you and show this upon entry.
We would be very grateful if parents and carers are able to help by leaving promptly at the end of the play session. Our team will clean the soft play frame, tables and toilets during the interval, with a focus on the busy areas. We will have mid play session cleaning on the frequently used surfaces and handles. We will rotate the loose play items so a fresh and clean set is ready for the start of each play session. There are four hand sanitizing stations – one at the entrance, one outside the toilets, one by the main play frame entrance and one by the non-walkers play area entrance. We also have a screen at the counter, and are a card only venue for payments. In line with the new regulations we are a table service only venue. Please wear masks when entering and leaving the building, when going to the toilet or if you have to enter the play frame for any reason, (unless you are mask exempt) normal soft play rules still apply to adults on the soft play frame. There is no requirement to wear a mask at your table, just like any other Cafe or Restaurant. If anyone in your group has any Covid symptoms, please do not come to Lollipops Cafe.
