COVID SECURE OPERATING PROCEDURES – RULE OF SIX RESTRICTIONS APPLY
Lollipops Cafe is now operating a Table Booking system as part of our solution to operate in a Covid secure manner. We have reorganized our venue such that it now has 5 tables which can seat up to 5 people (to include a maximum of 2 children) and 8 tables which can seat up to 3 people (to include a maximum of 1 child). This is because our limit is 18 children on the Soft Play frame during Covid restrictions. A baby is NOT classed as a child for Covid capacity limits during the period 17th May to 21st June. For a table of six please purchase 2 x tables of 3 and we will push them together for you.
We have created daily 2 hour play sessions to allow for interval cleaning. Each Table Booking has an associated non refundable or exchangeable minimum spend, which is redeemable against the price of entry and food & drink purchases. At the end of your play session this amount is deducted from your final table bill, leaving you the balance to pay on card. Don’t worry if you are running late, your table will be reserved for you for the entire duration of your session. Once a play session has started you can still book online for that session based on the availability shown. Walk ins are possible, please go to the counter where a member of staff will enter your details in to the Table Booking system to keep our online availability accurate and store your details for Track and Trace.

- 9:15am to 11:15am – £12 Table of 5 Seats or £7 Table of 3 Seats
- 11:30am to 1:30pm – £12 Table of 5 Seats or £7 Table of 3 Seats
To book a table, go to the Table Bookings page, select the date, then the table size, and then the time. Add to your basket and checkout paying with either Paypal or a Credit/Debit Card. Multiple sessions or Tables can be added to your basket as part of the same transaction. You will be asked to provide your contact details as part of the booking process, which is also a requirement for Covid Secure Track and Trace. Please bring the confirmation email with you and show this upon entry.
We would be very grateful if parents and carers are able to help by leaving promptly at the end of the play session. Our team will clean the tables and toilets during the interval, with a focus on the busy areas. There are three hand sanitizing stations – one at the entrance, one outside the toilets and one by the counter. There are hand sanitizing bottles on each table. We also have a screen at the counter, and are a card only venue for payments. We offer table service for our customers convenience. Please wear masks when entering and leaving the building, when going to the toilet or if you have to enter the soft play frame for any reason, (unless you are mask exempt) normal soft play rules still apply to adults on the soft play frame. There is no requirement to wear a mask at your table, just like any other Cafe or Restaurant. If anyone in your group has any Covid symptoms, please do not come to Lollipops Cafe.
