Due to popular demand, Lollipops Cafe is continuing to operate a Table Booking system as well as offer walk-ins based on availability on arrival. As per the diagram above, we have reorganized our venue such that it now has 4 tables which have 4 chairs, 6 tables which have 3 chairs, 3 tables which have 2 chairs, and 2 x 2 seater sofa’s which share a coffee table. High chairs can be added to tables numbered 1, 7, 10 and 11 as required, but for the other tables please consider the size of your group as we may need to switch a chair for a high chair depending on how busy we are on the day. Adjacent tables can be pushed together as required.
We have created daily 2 hour play sessions. Each Table Booking has an associated non refundable or exchangeable minimum spend, which is redeemable against the price of soft play entry and food & drink purchases. At the end of your play session this amount is deducted from your final table bill, leaving you the balance to pay on card. Don’t worry if you are running late, your table will be reserved for you for the entire duration of your session. Once a play session has started, please do NOT try and book online as a walk in may already have been allocated that table.
£15 for 4 Chair Table, £12 for 3 Chair Table, £10 for 2 Chair Table, and £7 for 2 Seat Sofa Sharing a Coffee Table

Friday
- 9:15am to 11:15am, 11:30am to 1:30pm & 1:45pm to 3:15pm
To book a table, go to the Table Bookings page, look at the diagram which shows where the tables are located, note the number table you want to book, then select the date, then the table number, and then the time. Add to your basket and checkout paying with either Paypal or a Credit or Debit Card. Multiple sessions or Tables can be added to your basket as part of the same transaction. You will be asked to provide your contact details as part of the booking process.
Please bring the confirmation email with you and show this upon entry.
We would be very grateful if parents and carers are able to help by leaving promptly at the end of their play session. We remain a card only venue for payments. We try and offer table service for our customers convenience, but you are also very welcome to order at the counter. If anyone in your group has any Covid symptoms, please do not come to Lollipops Cafe.
REFUNDS & DATE CHANGES
If requested a minimum of 72 hours prior to your table booking, we will create a physical credit note for the same value, which will be kept behind the counter, that can be used against future purchases made whilst in the cafe. To redeem this credit note, you will need to book another table for some point in the future.
If the request is made inside of 72 hours, then we will release your table, and if it does resell, we will provide the same credit note as described above.
Please email all requests for a date change to hello@lollipopscafe.com. Please do not call the cafe to make this request, as we often don’t get the opportunity to check the voicemail box until the end of the day.
